software. Since 2016, we have been offering our expertise around Oracle’s HFM (Hyperion

The Team

With a strong entrepreneurial culture, Agile Advisory aims to encourage initiative-taking, autonomy, and creativity. A structure of 10 people, the management is horizontal, with collective decision-making. Governance is structured around a Strategic Committee composed of the 4
founding members.

Jérémy has been a founding member of Agile Advisory since 2016. Before that, he worked for various consulting firms specializing in financial consolidation and absorbed the specifics of an Audit firm at EY for several years. With his dual technical and functional expertise, Jérémy also has a great sense of customer service.
Involved in community life where he resides, Jérémy likes to give a human dimension to the projects he participates in.

A founding partner of Agile Advisory, a consulting firm specialized in financial consolidation and reporting. Adrien has 14 years of experience in reporting and consolidation, with a background and methodology from audit firms. Before joining Agile Advisory as a partner, he worked at CCH® Tagetik for 7 years in the financial reporting and consolidation department. He helped build the CCH® Tagetik consolidation starter kit while honing his technical and functional expertise. He led the deployment of the solution in reporting and financial consolidation projects for clients in various sectors. But what he loves most is being in action and in relation with his clients, who appreciate his quick wit and openness to others.

Sébastien JEAN-MICHEL
Sébastien started in a consolidation firm. Preferring to build numbers rather than control them, he quickly moved to the corporate side and joined the financial department of a large listed group for 4 years. It was then difficult for him not to take on new challenges: he ventured into consulting at different publishers specializing in consolidation to deploy their solution to large international groups. This experience allowed him to develop functional expertise and solid skills. With 13 years of experience in project management, in 2021, he joined Agile Advisory as a partner, functional and business expert in consolidation solutions.

Job Summary :
  • As an EPM Manager, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing enterprise performance management initiatives. You will lead a team dedicated to the continuous improvement of business processes, optimization of financial performance, and implementation of EPM solutions. You will work closely with finance, operations, and IT departments to ensure strategic objectives are aligned with operational outcomes.
Key Responsibilities :
  • Design and Implementation :

Design and implement EPM solutions to enhance financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.

  • Team Management :

Coach, develop, and motivate a team dedicated to EPM.

Ensure close collaboration with finance, operations, and IT teams.

  • Performance Analysis :

Monitor financial and operational performance using key performance indicators (KPIs).

Analyze trends, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend strategic actions.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Collaborate with finance departments to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.

Work closely with IT teams to ensure integration and compatibility of EPM solutions.

  • Training and Awareness :

Provide end-user training on EPM tools and related processes.

Promote awareness of the benefits of EPM and encourage its adoption.

Required Qualifications :
  • University degree in finance, accounting, computer science, or related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing EPM projects.

Your missions :
  • Support our clients in managing their financial performance by implementing financial reporting and consolidation tools.
  • You will participate in the design, execution (settings, tests), and user training (support and facilitation). You will take initiatives in an improvement approach in terms of deadlines, quality of deliverables, and compliance with specifications.
Your skills :
  • You have a higher education degree in management, finance, or computer engineering, generalist: you are a Master’s student, potentially from a business school with the appropriate track.
  • Listening, analysis, and commitment will be your consulting strengths; Good communicator, essential relational qualities, team spirit, precision, organization, autonomy, and proactive. You have a sufficient level of English.
Your profile :
  • With a taste for challenge, you wish to develop a Finance SI culture by participating in the implementation of its solutions (Design, Testing, Training) or its administration (updating the repository, calculations, securities, and feeds).
  • Experience or operational knowledge in management control or statutory consolidation would be a plus.
  • The company’s offices are located in Paris and Lyon. Client visits are expected. There may be missions to be carried out abroad.

Mission :
  • We are looking for an experienced professional to take on a key role within our firm for a specific period (from one to several months). You will be involved in the field of financial consolidation and reporting systems, particularly in the context of implementing financial consolidation systems. Your mission will consist of providing your technical and/or functional expertise, your sense of responsibility, and playing an active role in the success of these projects. Occasional travel is to be expected.
Desired Profile :
  • We are looking for an experienced individual with a solid background in financial consolidation and information and reporting systems. Ideally, you should have at least 5 years of experience in consolidation audit or consulting within a major firm, or have held high responsibilities in the consolidation department of a large group. We are open to flexible and adaptable collaborations, allowing individuals to take on responsibilities at their own pace. Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, is essential. You must also have excellent knowledge of common consolidation software packages such as SAP BFC, HFM, Tagetik, Lucanet, Amelkis, etc.
